HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders under $35 and completely FREE for all orders over $35

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most of our products ship within 1-5 weeks via DHL and USPS with a tracking number unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Some items will arrive as soon as a few days, while other items may take up to 5 weeks. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships!


WHY DOES MY ORDER TAKE SO LONG?

Most of our products are custom-made which is why it can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks for your order to arrive from the date the order was placed. We do not keep very much inventory on hand because it is cost prohibitive, so most orders go into production after they are placed. Our customer service team can keep you updated along the way.

WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?

Some of our products ship from different locations. Most of our apparel is printed and sent out within a few days, while our jewelry is custom made and can take longer to be delivered. If you only received part of your order, don't worry, the rest is on the way!


DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS?

As far as product prices, we are not currently offering any further discounts as our products are already being sold at wholesale/liquidation prices.

WILL I STILL GET MY ORDER AFTER YOU CLOSE?

YES! Our team will be working around the clock to make sure we get you your order in a timely manner. Just because we are closing our doors does not mean our work is finished. Our fulfillment center and customer service lines will remain open until every last order is delivered.

CAN I ORDER AFTER YOU CLOSE?

No, unfortunately we will not be accepting ANY orders after we close. Be sure to place your order before it's too late!

CAN I REPLACE A DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER?

We will replace your order free of charge if it is damaged or defective. If this situation occurs, simply contact customer support via email at support@animalloverjewelry.com. For our complete return policy, please visit the link at the bottom of this page.
